# What You'll Need:
→ Wraps
01 - 4 large spinach tortillas (or regular flour tortillas)
→ Spread
02 - 100 grams cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tablespoons sour cream
04 - 1 clove garlic, minced
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
06 - Salt and pepper, to taste
→ Vegetables
07 - ½ red bell pepper, finely diced
08 - ½ yellow bell pepper, finely diced
09 - 1 small carrot, julienned or grated
10 - 50 grams baby spinach leaves, roughly chopped
11 - 50 grams shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
→ Toppings & Garnish
12 - 16 pretzel sticks (for tree trunks)
13 - Sesame seeds or poppy seeds (optional, for snow)
14 - 1 small yellow bell pepper, sliced into stars for tree toppers
# How to Make It:
01 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, chopped chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
02 - Lay each tortilla flat and evenly spread a quarter of the cream cheese mixture over the surface.
03 - Distribute spinach, carrots, diced red and yellow bell peppers, and shredded cheese evenly over each tortilla.
04 - Roll up each tortilla tightly. Using a sharp knife, slice each wrap into 2 to 3 angled segments to resemble tree shapes.
05 - Insert a pretzel stick into the base of each wrap segment to simulate tree trunks.
06 - Use a small star-shaped cutter to create stars from the yellow bell pepper and place one atop each tree segment.
07 - Sprinkle sesame or poppy seeds over the wraps to create a snowy appearance, if desired.
08 - Set the air fryer to 350°F (180°C) and allow it to preheat.
09 - Arrange the wraps cut side up in the air fryer basket without overcrowding. Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes until crisp and golden.
10 - Remove from air fryer, let cool slightly, and serve immediately.
