Air Fryer Gooey Cookie Cups

Featured in: Sweet & Savory Treats

These buttery cookie cups feature a soft texture and a molten, gooey chocolate center achieved by gently baking them in an air fryer. Using simple ingredients like flour, brown sugar, and chocolate chips, the dough is carefully portioned into muffin cups with a hidden chocolate square in the middle. Baking at 320°F for 7–8 minutes ensures golden tops and a soft interior. Perfect served warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream, they offer a quick and indulgent treat without the need for a conventional oven.
