12 - 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
13 - 1 tablespoon honey
14 - 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
# How to Make It:
01 - Wash all fruits thoroughly, hull and slice strawberries, halve grapes, peel and slice kiwi, cube cantaloupe, slice apple, and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
02 - Place the celery stick vertically in the center of a large platter to represent the butterfly’s body.
03 - Position the sliced apple at the top of the celery stick to form the butterfly’s head.
04 - Insert two thin pretzel rods or candy sticks into the apple slice to create antennae.
05 - Arrange strawberries, grapes, blueberries, cantaloupe, kiwi, pineapple chunks, and blackberries on each side of the celery stick in alternating colors and patterns to mimic butterfly wings.
06 - Optional: decorate with fresh mint leaves for added freshness and visual appeal.
07 - Combine vanilla Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon zest in a small bowl, stirring until smooth. Serve alongside the platter.
