03 - 2 tablespoons honey (optional, for sweet variation)
04 - 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
05 - 1 small carrot, thinly sliced

11 - 1 cup strawberries, halved
12 - 1 cup mini pretzels
13 - 1/2 cup cubed cheese (optional)
14 - Fresh herbs (mint, basil) for garnish
# How to Make It:
01 - Use a bee-shaped or oval cookie cutter to cut shapes from sandwich bread slices.
02 - Spread cream cheese or hummus evenly onto half of the bread cutouts. Drizzle honey if preparing the sweet version.
03 - Layer thin slices of cucumber and carrot over the spread, then top with remaining bread cutouts to form sandwiches.
04 - Slice black olives into thin rings for bee stripes and smaller pieces for eyes; arrange gently on sandwich surfaces, pressing into the spread.
05 - Insert two short pieces of chive into each sandwich to simulate antennae.
06 - Place bee-shaped sandwiches on a large serving board.
07 - Surround sandwiches with cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, grapes, strawberries, mini pretzels, cheese cubes, and garnish with fresh herbs.
08 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
