08 - 3.5 oz brie cheese, sliced
09 - 0.5 cup fresh blueberries
10 - 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
11 - 1 tbsp edible gold leaf or gold dust (optional, for garnish)
12 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
→ Sparkling Smoked Salmon Stars
13 - 3.5 oz smoked salmon
14 - 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened
15 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
16 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
17 - 1 tsp capers, chopped
18 - 12 mini blinis or cocktail pumpernickel rounds
19 - Edible silver stars or glitter (optional, for garnish)
# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Roll out puff pastry and cut into star shapes using a cookie cutter. Place stars on the prepared baking sheet and brush each with beaten egg wash. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool slightly.
03 - Combine goat cheese, honey, and thyme in a bowl. Spoon mixture onto the baked pastry stars and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
04 - Toast the baguette slices until golden. Top each slice with a piece of brie and a handful of fresh blueberries. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Garnish with edible gold leaf if desired and fresh mint leaves.
05 - Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, dill, and capers until combined. Spread the mixture onto mini blinis or pumpernickel rounds. Top each with smoked salmon trimmed to star shapes if preferred. Garnish with edible silver stars or glitter.
