Ingredients

  • Matcha Base: 2 teaspoons high-quality matcha powder, 1/4 cup hot water (not boiling, about 175°F/80°C)
  • White Chocolate Mixture: 1/4 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice), 1/4 teaspoon pure peppermint extract, 1 2 tablespoons sugar-free sweetener (e.g. erythritol or monk fruit) to taste

Instructions

Step 1:
