07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
09 - ½ teaspoon salt

10 - 12 egg roll wrappers
11 - 1 large egg, beaten (for sealing)

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large bowl, thoroughly combine shredded chicken, diced ham, cream cheese, cheddar, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until evenly blended.
02 - Place one egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with a corner facing you. Spoon approximately 2 tablespoons of filling onto the center.
03 - Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Brush the top corner with beaten egg to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
04 - Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (180°C) for frying.
