05 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
06 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
07 - Salt and pepper, to taste

08 - 1 small red bell pepper, julienned
09 - 1 small avocado, sliced
10 - 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
# How to Make It:
01 - Wash the cucumber and trim the ends. Slice lengthwise into long, thin strips using a mandoline or vegetable peeler. Pat dry with a paper towel.
02 - Combine cream cheese with chives, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; mix until smooth and well combined.
03 - Lay cucumber strips on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of the seasoned cream cheese along each strip.
04 - Place a slice of deli meat on each strip over the cream cheese. Add red bell pepper or avocado slices if desired.
05 - Roll each cucumber strip into a tight spiral, placing seam side down on a platter. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning if using. Serve immediately or chill 15 minutes for firmer roll-ups.
