This platter is one of my favorite healthy treats to serve during the holidays because it looks beautiful and tastes delightful.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Fruits: 8 fresh figs halved, 12 Medjool dates pitted and halved, 1 ripe pear thinly sliced, 1 small bunch red grapes halved
  • Snowdrift Topping: 100 g (1 cup) unsweetened coconut flakes, 50 g (½ cup) crumbled soft goat cheese or ricotta (optional for extra creaminess)
  • Garnishes: 2 tbsp chopped pistachios, 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds, Honey for drizzling, Fresh mint leaves for garnish
