06 - Crushed ice (optional, for chilling and presentation)
07 - Fresh parsley or dill sprigs (optional)
# How to Make It:
01 - Wash and peel all carrots thoroughly.
02 - Cut carrots into uniform sticks about 4 inches long and 0.5 inch thick.
03 - Place crushed ice in the bottom of each tall glass if desired to maintain crispness.
04 - Distribute an even mix of colored carrot sticks upright in each glass.
05 - Add a sprig of parsley or dill for color and aroma.
06 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until serving.
