# How to Make It:

01 - Arrange eight clear cups (6–8 oz capacity) for assembly.
02 - Dissolve the red gelatin dessert mix in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water and stir until combined. Distribute evenly among cups (about 2 tablespoons per cup). Cool cups at a slight angle in the refrigerator using a muffin tin, and chill for 45–60 minutes until set.
03 - Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water in a clean mixing bowl. Allow to bloom for 5 minutes. Pour in 1/2 cup boiling water and stir until fully dissolved. Mix in the sweetened condensed milk. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
04 - After the red layer has set, pour approximately 2 tablespoons of the white gelatin mixture over each red layer. Place cups upright and refrigerate for 45–60 minutes until firm.
05 - Dissolve blue gelatin dessert mix in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water and stir thoroughly. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature before layering.
06 - Once white layer is firm, gently pour about 2 tablespoons blue gelatin mixture over the white layer. Chill cups upright in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, until fully set.
07 - Prior to serving, garnish with whipped cream, fresh blueberries, and strawberries as desired.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Each cup is a showstopper & adds instant color to any gathering.
  • The steps are easy prep, yet the results feel magical & festive.
02 -
  • If you rush layering while the previous layer is still soft, colors bleed & stripes lose their punch.
  • Letting the Jello cool to room temperature before pouring prevents cloudiness between layers & keeps them vibrant.
03 -
  • Starting each layer with a gentle pour prevents unwanted swirl marks and keeps stripes defined.
  • Resting the finished cups in the coldest part of the fridge speeds up setting & makes colors pop.
