# How to Make It:
- Arrange eight clear cups (6–8 oz capacity) for assembly.
- Dissolve the red gelatin dessert mix in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water and stir until combined. Distribute evenly among cups (about 2 tablespoons per cup). Cool cups at a slight angle in the refrigerator using a muffin tin, and chill for 45–60 minutes until set.
- Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water in a clean mixing bowl. Allow to bloom for 5 minutes. Pour in 1/2 cup boiling water and stir until fully dissolved. Mix in the sweetened condensed milk. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- After the red layer has set, pour approximately 2 tablespoons of the white gelatin mixture over each red layer. Place cups upright and refrigerate for 45–60 minutes until firm.
- Dissolve blue gelatin dessert mix in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water and stir thoroughly. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature before layering.
- Once white layer is firm, gently pour about 2 tablespoons blue gelatin mixture over the white layer. Chill cups upright in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, until fully set.
- Prior to serving, garnish with whipped cream, fresh blueberries, and strawberries as desired.
