03 - 24 whole roasted almonds
04 - 2 oz soft goat cheese or cream cheese

07 - 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
08 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
09 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or place a wire rack on it.
02 - Carefully open each pitted date and fill with one roasted almond and approximately 1 teaspoon of goat cheese or cream cheese.
03 - Envelop each stuffed date with half a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
04 - Place the bacon-wrapped dates seam-side down on the prepared baking surface.
05 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, balsamic vinegar, smoked paprika, and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper.
06 - Brush each bacon-wrapped date generously with the prepared sweet and spicy glaze.
07 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, turning once halfway through, until bacon is crisp and caramelized.
08 - Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Remove toothpicks if preferred.
