I first created this platter for a holiday party and it was an instant hit with friends and family.

Ingredients

  • Cured Meats: 120 g sliced cured venison (eg venison bresaola or smoked venison), 80 g wild boar salami, 80 g duck breast prosciutto
  • Cheeses: 100 g aged comté sliced, 100 g goat cheese log sliced, 80 g blue cheese crumbled
  • Fresh & Dried Fruits: 1 small bunch of red grapes, 1 small pear thinly sliced, 50 g dried figs halved, 30 g dried cranberries
  • Nuts & Accompaniments: 40 g toasted walnuts, 40 g marcona almonds, 2 tbsp wildflower honey, 2 tbsp fig jam, Cornichons and pickled onions to taste, Assorted olives
  • Bread & Crackers: 1 fresh baguette sliced, 100 g artisanal seed crackers

Instructions

Step 1:
Arrange the cured venison, wild boar salami, and duck prosciutto artfully on a large wooden board or platter.
