Ingredients

  • Cheeses: 150 g Brie de Meaux, 150 g Saint-Nectaire, 120 g Roquefort, 150 g Comté (aged 18 months), 120 g Chèvre (goat cheese log)
  • Fruits: 1 bunch red grapes, 1 pear, thinly sliced, 1 apple, thinly sliced, 8 10 dried apricots, 8 10 dried figs
  • Accompaniments: 50 g walnuts, 50 g almonds, 1 small jar fig jam, 1 small jar honey
