  • Mixed seasonal fruit: 1 cup (150 g), such as strawberries, blueberries, peaches, kiwi, chopped
  • Granola: 1/2 cup (50 g)
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional): 2 teaspoons

Prepare Fruit:
Wash, peel, and chop the fruit as needed.
Layer Yogurt:
Spoon 1/4 cup of yogurt into the bottom of two clear glasses or jars.

Repeat Layers:
